- PayPal™ is an online payment processing company widely used on the Internet to facilitate sales transactions, including credit card payments. You might think of PayPal as a big credit card machine. They will "run" your card for the seller. The seller will never see your credit card number. Blushing Boy is not affiliated with or subsidized by PayPal.

- The Black Market is our place for products that don't really fit but are too nice to leave out ;-).
MEMBERSHIP
- Blushing Boy is much more than a webshop for weird electronics. It is built as a worldwide community of doers and people interested in the creation of toys, music instruments, art installations, etc. It’s just as much built for exchanging knowledge and ideas as for selling stuff.
- When you register as a new member you will be asked for information that will not be visible for other members. This includes billing address. Blushing Boy will never ask you for your personal bank details, nor credit number on the member page.
SELLING
You can sell your own hardware and software designs in our webshop. If you have something special you can also apply to sell in it our Black Market category. Start by reading our information in the SELL section.

Blushing Boy can offer a pre-order service as well. That means that you can choose to manufacture on-demand, when a customer makes an order, or that you can wait a certain amount of time to manufacture, until you have reached a specific amount of orders. If you are interested in preordering, you should contact us and we will make a deal that fits your requirements.
ABOUT BLUSHING BOY HARDWARE FACTORY
Blushing Boy is a design studio created by David Cuartielles and Sara Stiber. We are located in the south of Sweden, having our base in Malmö. Blushing Boy has created the Hardware Factory as a place where to sell the inner parts of their designs, as well as related products from other sellers, as you can read about in What's this?.
For the logo and the Blushing Boy illustration we brought in spanish illustrator Mar Hernandez. You can check out this brilliant and multidisciplinary artist at malotaprojects.com.
For manufacturing Blushing Boy cooperates with 1scale1.
Why our boy is blushing, well… We don’t really know. But since our design studio is working with creating emotions and experiences through the designs, through making our buyers play and interact in new and odd ways, we needed a name that would echo those emotions and that playfulness.
Because it is cool goddammit. :-) No, but seriously if you want to read a good article about open source business, we recommend this one called 'Build It. Share It. Profit. Can Open Source Hardware Work?' from WIRED Magazine, that just came out October 21. (Well, it's good as long as you avoid looking at the pictures... :-))
